Concept Development
We review your requirements, references and target use case to scope the project.
Material Selection
Fabrics, threads and trims are selected to match your performance, durability and budget needs.
Artwork & Mockup
Your logos, colors and design elements are converted into production-ready artwork and digital mockups.
Sampling
A pre-production sample is manufactured for your review and approval.
Cutting
Approved fabric is precision cut to pattern specifications for your size range.
Sublimation / Printing
Sublimation, screen printing or heat-transfer graphics are applied according to your design.
Embroidery
Logos, crests and patches are embroidered where specified in your design.
Stitching
Garments are assembled and stitched to your pattern and construction specifications.
Quality Control
Garments pass through inspection checkpoints covering fabric, print, stitching and measurements.
Finishing
Trimming, pressing and final touch-ups are completed ahead of packing.
Packaging
Products are folded, tagged and packed according to your packaging and private-label requirements.
Export / Shipping
Orders are prepared for international shipment subject to quotation and destination.
