Quality Control

Quality Control Checklist

Our quality checkpoints cover the full production journey — from incoming fabric through to final packaging.

Fabric Inspection

Incoming fabric rolls are checked for weight, weave/knit consistency and visible defects before cutting.

Color Checking

Dyed and printed colors are checked against approved Pantone references or lab dips.

Sublimation Quality

Sublimated prints are checked for color accuracy, sharpness and even coverage.

Embroidery Inspection

Stitch density, thread tension and registration are checked against the approved sample.

Stitch Inspection

Seams and construction points are checked for stitch consistency and strength.

Measurement Checking

Garments are measured against your approved size specification (spec sheet).

Final Finishing

Loose threads, pressing and trims are checked before garments are approved for packing.

Packaging Inspection

Folding, tagging, poly-bagging and carton packing are checked against your packaging requirements.

Quality control procedures can be customized according to buyer requirements. Specific inspection protocols, sampling ratios (e.g. AQL levels) and reporting formats can be agreed on a per-order basis.
